Compost Technician - On-Farm Work

We have a Full-Time opening for Compost Technician / General Laborer. This is steady year-round work at a growing company. Our compost facility is located in Aberdeen, MD. No previous composting experience is required. If you like working outside and you're a motivated person, you'll like it here. We work hard, but we have a good crew of people, and work together as a team. Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to spend the day on your feet, moving around. Day-to-day responsibilities for the Compost Technician Position include:

• Dumping bins of food scraps
• Cleaning equipment and compost bins
• Bagging compost and soil products
• General Farm maintenance tasks
• $19/hr to start This is a great opportunity in the environmental area for someone that wants to work as part of a Veteran team.
