Maintenance Technician -
Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment. This role requires strong electrical knowledge and fabrication experience in a food production environment or similar industrial setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipmentSupport fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, drilling, and equipment modificationsTroubleshoot PLCs, motors, controls, sensors, and VFDs as applicableMaintain compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standardsRespond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtimeRepair conveyors, packaging equipment, mixers, and processing machineryMaintain accurate maintenance records and work ordersAssist with facility maintenance as neededQualifications3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environmentStrong electrical troubleshooting experience, industrial preferredProven fabrication skills including welding and metal fabricationAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsKnowledge of motors, drives, sensors, and control systemsExperience working in GMP-regulated environments preferredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a production environmentScheduleMonday - Friday (Some weekends as needed)Occasional overtime as neededCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysStable schedule with consistent first-shift hoursOpportunity to grow within a stable food manufacturing operationIf you are a Maintenance Technician with Food Manufacturing Experience, please send your resume to:
