    Halethorpe, MD $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE
  • Depending on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Halethorpe, MD.
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and efficiency.
Shift Options Second Shift:
1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Tuesday through
Saturday Third Shift:
9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, systems, and facilities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Repair or replace defective components and parts Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Collaborate with operations teams to support production goals Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or food production environment preferred Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mixers, ovens, fryers, and conveyor systems required Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and practices Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Preferred Skills Experience with PLCs or automated systems HVAC certification or electrical license (a plus) Welding or fabrication experience Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Work Environment Fast-paced industrial or facility environment May require standing, bending, lifting, and working with machinery Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth and training If you are a Maintenance Technician looking for a new role, please apply and email your resume to:
