THE JOB:
As a Facilities Tech, you'll keep our Conservatory running smoothly! While troubleshooting lighting, electrical, and equipment systems in a fast-paced, guest facing environment. If you're hands-on, mechanically skilled, and love solving problems, this is where your expertise shines!THE DAY-TO-DAY
Troubleshoot and repair light fixtures, dimming systems. UPS Systems, motor controls, and electrical components. Perform welding and fabrication for props and complete equipment repairs within the Conservatory. Operate company vehicles, specialized carts, scissors lifts, boom lifts, and ladders to access ceiling and catwalks. Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse areas. support additional facility- related duties as assigned.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 18 years of age Has a High School Diploma or GED 2+ Years of Prior Relevant ExperienceTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
