Maryland , Salisbury Job Description A growing, privately held agribusiness is expanding its agronomy sales footprint and is seeking a Territory Sales Agronomist to work directly with growers on the Eastern Shore. This is a true remote (no daily office requirement), grower-facing, sales-focused role with strong operational support in place. Key Responsibilities Call directly on growers within your assigned territory Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and loyalty Sell crop nutrition, crop protection, seed, and specialty agronomic products Provide agronomic recommendations based on soil data, field conditions, and crop needs Identify and pursue opportunities to grow market share Conduct on-farm visits, field scouting, and product evaluations Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery, application, and service Track sales activity, customer interactions, and agronomic data Stay up to date on market trends, products, and competitive landscape Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in agronomy, crop advising, or ag input sales Strong knowledge of crop production systems and agronomic practices Proven ability to build relationships with growers Self-motivated, organized, and sales-driven Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field preferred CCA a plus but not required Valid driver's license & clean driving record required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Strong earning potential Company vehicle + fuel card Expense account Full benefits package Long-term growth opportunity within a stable, expanding organization Please submit your resume to be considered.
