This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food industry, customer service, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, POS systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred, along with strong time management and multitasking skills. This position involves working in a quick service or fast food setting, ensuring smooth operations at the counter while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This position includes tips. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, including bussing tables and cleaning work stations Ensure food safety standards are consistently met, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with food prep, stocking supplies, and managing inventory as needed Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Experience in food preparation, cashiering, upselling, and food safety practices Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours Basic understanding of sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience working in cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, or similar settings is advantageous This role provides an engaging work environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
