Job Description

Job Duties
  • Work with the FSQA Manager to achieve SQF certification at all Stone House Bread locations (Bakery and one warehouse currently).
  • Assist in documenting the quality standards for each type of bread
  • Documenting CCP checks throughout the day and insuring team members are also documenting according to company policy
  • Be a resource for food safety issues, assisting Production Manager and Production Supervisor in addressing such issues.
  • Assist FSQA Manager in preparing the Bakery and Warehouse to become SQF certified
  • Maintain HACCP and PCQI certificates in full compliance with
FDA/USDA
regulations.
  • Oversee all audits, inspections, environmental testing, allergen validation, and documentation.
  • Ensure allergen control and preventive maintenance are properly documented. Assist FSQA Manager in Quality
  • Establish, monitor and maintain a quality assurance and quality control system.
  • Test and monitor the results of raw material, in-process product, & finished product testing for compliance with specifications
  • Conduct statistical analyses of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related programs and determine where improvement is needed. Track & trend data to ensure new trends are not developing.
  • Initiate and track corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
  • Maintain records, audit reports, certificates of analysis, and quality manuals.
  • Be a resource for the Production Manager and Production Supervisor in documenting quality issues and how to correct them moving forward
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
