FOOD FACILITY COLLEAGUE
Where the food is made and the real work begins. Our kitchen is not just a production space. It is a place where people come as they are. We make food together, yes. But we also make space for honest conversation, quiet presence, and the kind of connection that happens when people work side by side with their hands. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone dependable who takes pride in careful, consistent work Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with your hands Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation standards An openness to being in community, to the occasional hard conversation and the occasional good one
WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS
The food we make carries intention. That starts here, in this kitchen, with the people who make it. We believe the energy of the space, the care, the honesty, the human connection happening while hands are busy, finds its way into what we produce. If that resonates with you, we want to meet you. Part-time and full-time availability considered. Food handler certification or willingness to obtain required.
