Responsibilities Prepare a variety of concession foods and beverages with attention to quality, safety, and sanitation standards Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of the concession area by bussing tables, sanitizing work surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling practices Restock supplies as needed, and assist with food safety compliance Support team members in food preparation, food industry standards adherence, and quick service operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems for seamless transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to serving guests Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math efficiently Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Basic kitchen experience or culinary background preferred for efficient food prep Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality standards This role offers an exciting chance to develop your skills in the food industry while working in a vibrant environment.
