As a Food Production Sanitation Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards that help ensure safe, high-quality food products reach consumers every day. Schedule Enjoy a work-life balance that many manufacturing positions can't offer: 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule Week 1: 3 workdays (36 hours) Week 2: 4 workdays (48 hours) No additional Mandatory Overtime! Every Other Weekend is a 3-Day Weekend What You'll Do Clean and sanitize production equipment, work areas, floors, walls, stairs, and platforms Support food safety initiatives by maintaining sanitation standards throughout the facility Use industrial cleaning equipment, foaming systems, and sanitation chemicals safely and effectively Perform detailed cleaning in production, warehouse, and elevated work areas Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Work closely with supervisors, quality teams, and production personnel Help identify and eliminate potential food safety concerns What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and working in varying temperatures Comfortable working around production equipment and elevated platforms Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous sanitation, industrial cleaning, manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or custodial experience is helpful but not required
