In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, delicious ice cream products while ensuring strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production guidelines Operate industrial ice cream manufacturing equipment, including pasteurizers, mixers, freezers, and packaging machinery Maintain strict compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other food safety management standards Conduct routine sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas to uphold sanitation standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues with production equipment promptly to minimize downtime Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while ensuring quality control measures are met Follow safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques during heavy lifting tasks Requirements 18 years of age or older Knowledge of safety standards in production environments Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on your feet for extended periods Familiarity with sanitation procedures and maintaining cleanliness in a food production setting Strong understanding of food safety management practices and packaging processes Valid certification or training in food safety standards is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating delightful ice cream treats while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.
