This person will assist with daily sales, agronomy, and operational activities across multiple MFA locations which include Higginsville, Odessa, Orrick, and Norborne, Missouri. This role is designed as a development pathway toward future leadership positions within MFA. The Specialist is motivated, customer focused, and eager to build expertise in agronomy, grain, operations, and territory management. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy. What You'll Do Ensure timely crop protection, seed, and fertilizer plans for the growing season Gather and organize farm data to support agronomic planning and decision-making Promote and support the sale of MFA products, programs, and services Support Location Managers and Agronomy Key Account Managers with customer follow-up and territory needs Assist Location Managers with operational support as needed Assist with inventory management improvements across multiple locations Support product movement, delivery coordination, and operational efficiency Support multiple teams and managers across various locations Develop strong on farm customer relationships Participate in direct farm visits for sales and product recommendations Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Prescription Insurance 401k with Company Match Retirement Plan PTO on Day 1 9 Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Educational Assistance Qualifications Interest in agronomy, agriculture operations, or agricultural business Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities CDL required (or willingness to obtain) Experience in agriculture, sales, or operations is helpful but not required Apply If You desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
