Food Services Technician/Bake Shop Department:
Campus Dining - Bake Shop - 170360 Minimum Qualifications Experience in food preparation or service activities in a commercial kitchen, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions Assist in the preparation of baked goods and desserts, in large quantities in a timely manner. Possess good communication skills. Maintain high standard of sanitation and personal cleanliness. Ability to work well with others. Able to guide students in food preparation. Provide excellent customer service. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Preferred Qualifications Ability to learn food preparation and cleaning / sanitation procedures according to state policies. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to assure quality control.
Work Schedule/Hours:
5:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m., off one weekday and one weekend dayPlease note hours and/or shifts may vary.
