What You'll Do:

Set up, repair, and maintain farm implements and equipment to ensure optimal functionality Replace components such as disks, harrows, tines, bearings, seed cups, shafts, chains, and more Assemble agricultural implements and equipment with precision Rebuild hydraulic cylinders to restore hydraulic efficiency Replace tires and install tubes on various implements Perform post-rent equipment maintenance, including greasing and seed box cleaning Execute occasional welding and fabrication to customize or repair equipment Maintain accurate service records for all maintenance and repairs

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in farm equipment repair and assembly Proficiency in replacing and repairing parts such as disks, bearings, chains, and hydraulic components Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication tasks Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with hydraulic system rebuilding and troubleshooting Welding certifications or fabrication skills Previous experience in a farm equipment or machinery setting Familiarity with service record documentation and maintenance logs

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical or agricultural equipment preferred Prior experience in agricultural equipment setup, repair, or a related field is highly desirable
