Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Açaí Bowl Prep team member to join our vibrant café environment. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of creating delicious, visually appealing, and nutritious açaí bowls that delight our customers. Responsibilities Prepare açaí bowls by following standardized recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency Handle food ingredients with proper sanitation and food safety practices, including food handling and storage Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions, sales processing, and cash handling Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service while upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of the prep area, including bussing tables and sanitizing equipment in accordance with sanitation guidelines Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a dynamic café or retail setting Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on delivering healthy, delicious treats while creating memorable experiences for our customers.
