Integrity House operates 16 licensed treatment programs across New Jersey as well as community outreach and prevention programs, and serves over 3,000 individuals every year. We are excited to announce our Cook's Aide and Food Services Coordinator opportunities! The Cook's Aide assists the food service department in the preparation, cooking and serving of a wide variety of meals. This position is responsible for serving clients, cleaning and preparing kitchen area and inventory. May also be responsible for cooking large quantities of food, or handling a portion of the process, food preparation equipment and machinery; such as fryers, stoves, mixers, freezers, or choppers. This is a full-time position is based in Secaucus, NJ will occasional coverage in Newark, NJ.
Schedule :
Wednesday-Sunday from 5am-1pm The Food Service Coordinator is responsible to coordinate, plan, and participate in the operation of food service and the timely preparation and service of safe, nutritious, and appealing meals; and to do related work as required. This is a full-time position overseeing a designated cafeteria (primary work location is Newark, NJ with coverage in Secaucus, NJ).Schedule :
Monday through Friday from 5am-1pm.Requirements:
HS Diploma Up to 3 (three) year's of experience working in food service establishmentValid NJ Driver's License Required Licensing and Certifications:
SafeServ required (National Restaurant Association) Food Handlers (American National Standards Institute) (preferred) First Aid / CPR certification within 1st year of employment Functional knowledge of New Jersey Food Service Health and Safety regulations Knowledge of integrated addictions treatment programs (preferred) Ability to manage food service issues independently, including ingredient and menu substitution (when necessary) Why Work for Integrity?
