As a Food Safety and Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet rigorous food safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, passionate about food safety, and eager to contribute to a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities Monitor and document food safety and quality processes throughout the production cycle. Test and inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Evaluate statistical data to maintain product quality and reliability. Notify appropriate personnel immediately of any food safety issues and assist in implementing corrective actions. Oversee product complaints, deviations, and failure investigations, participating in root cause analysis and corrective action processes as needed. Ensure adherence to all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment at all times. Support regulatory compliance efforts related to food safety and quality. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory specifications. Identify areas for improvement in training, data collection, reporting systems, and manufacturing processes. Manage food safety documentation, including setting up and maintaining filing systems and databases. Qualifications 1 year of experience in food safety or a related field (preferred). 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar software (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members. Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards.
