Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables and food handling stations Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery of orders Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Ensure compliance with health regulations related to food safety and sanitation standards Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Culinary experience or background in the food industry is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is beneficial Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
