Cafe services Donuts Kettle corn Shaved ice Lemonade Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods with efficiency and attention to quality standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the concession area, including food prep stations, counters, and equipment Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist with food safety practices, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures are followed Support food industry standards by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food inventory Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards required Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Embark on a lively career path where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
