Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce an Food Products Quality Technician opportunity available at our Evendale location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Monitor and record HACCP critical control points. Check all traceability information is accurate (Lot codes, dates, etc, against paperwork making sure they match). Monitor and record process control points (weights, labels, Metal Detectors, etc) Ensure all forms are filled out correctly and recorded at the right time. Perform Allergen and ATP Swabs. Ensure compliance of SOP, GMP and Company policies. Other duties as assigned by the QA Lead. Actively involved in Food Safety and Quality Programs. Ensure the traceability information is accurate in the system.

Qualifications :

1 - 2 years of related experience or training in the food or beverage industry. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and complete multiple assignments while working under time constraints. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Must have strong work ethic and a high energy level. Results and detail oriented. Computer skills required. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs. Ability to work with a diversified work force.
