Multiple Shifts Available Do you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards? Hire Sync is seeking Quality Control Technicians for a growing food manufacturing operation in Cleveland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that prioritizes food safety, quality, and continuous improvement while offering long-term career growth. As a QC Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and industry standards before reaching consumers. What You'll Do Conduct incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections Verify product specifications, BOMs, and production requirements Monitor food safety and quality control points Complete quality records, inspection logs, and documentation Identify and document non-conforming products and materials Assist with corrective action and quality improvement initiatives Support compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement programs Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards What We're Looking For Previous quality control, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and documentation abilities Ability to follow procedures and quality standards Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards is a plus Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?
