We are looking for a FSQA Technician to join our rapidly expanding team in the Portland areas. The FSQA Technician is critical to the food safety of the products being delivered to our customers. The Tech will primarily be checking and verifying products at all stages of production. In addition, they will be responsible for analysis of product for food safety and food quality.Wage:
$22.50/hour Start time: 3:30am. Shifts rotate approx. each quarter.Shift:

Participate in and report on pre-operational, operational, and facility assessment audits. Carry out line checks and all verification processes. Verify all critical control points, preventive controls, and control points for all processes in accordance with plant HACCP and GMP programs. Assist in the monitoring of raw material and finished product specifications; maintain and report raw material and finished goods "HOLD" tag logs. Carry out microbiological and chemical analytical tests on finished goods, environmental and other contact surfaces.
