ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Technician to support our Quality Department in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role is hands-on and plays a critical part in our daily production operations, sanitation oversight, and regulatory compliance.POSITION DETAILS

FSQA ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the FSQA Manager in food safety and quality program development, implementation, and maintenance (SQF System) Monitor daily compliance with GMPs, SOPs, safety practices, and work instructions Conduct product sampling, inspection, analysis, and internal audits Oversee and lead the Sanitation Department, including training, coaching, and documentation Ensure all raw materials and products are properly identified and traceable; test traceability annually Assist in ensuring products meet internal and customer specifications (weights, labeling, sensory) Lead training and evaluation of cleaning team; provide input on food safety evaluations for all staff Report unsafe conditions or repeated unsafe actions to Senior Management Maintain Quality Department operations independently for up to one week in the FSQA Manager's absenceREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-year college degree in a relevant field Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production environment Leadership experience required Certification in HACCP, SQF, and/or PCQI preferred Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, email, and network environments Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization High degree of reliability, focus, and ability to prioritize tasks independently and within a team Demonstrated understanding of basic technology and machinery in modern food production High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Bilingual- English and Spanish required
