Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant culinary team as a Food Truck Crew Member! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to bring delicious, freshly prepared food directly to members, creating memorable dining experiences on the go. As a key player in our food truck operation, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, managing food preparation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures throughout each shift Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning of the food truck to ensure a clean and organized workspace Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or working in quick service & fast-food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately Experience in kitchen operations or retail environments like grocery stores or cafes is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Embark on an exciting culinary adventure with us!
