Ideal candidates have diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic experience. Apply today for steady dealership work and paid OEM training. Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural equipment, compact equipment, and diesel-powered systems. Service farm tractors under 200 horsepower, hay equipment, compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and stationary diesel engines used in pump and generator applications. Repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, powertrains, engines, and related equipment components. Use electrical schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing procedures to identify issues and confirm repairs. Perform controller reprogramming, calibrations, inspections, adjustments, and repair follow-up as needed. Support daily shop repair priorities and help keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for customers.
Requirements Required:
3+ years of experience repairing agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, road tractors, diesel engines, or powertrains. Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, including open-center and closed-center systems with load sensing and pressure compensation. Ability to read electrical schematics and perform system diagnostics. Familiarity with controller reprogramming, equipment calibration, and diagnostic procedures. Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, and related equipment systems. Able to work standard and peak-season shop hours, including Saturdays as required by work volume and shop coverage. #SJ1
Compensation:
$24.00 - $30.00/hour starting pay based on industry-specific experience Performance pay up to $5.00/hour above base pay, with total earning potential up to $35.00/hour Time-and-a-half overtime pay after 40 hours per week

Shifts:
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM during standard operating hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM during peak season, typically April through mid-July Saturday coverage is scheduled as required by work volume and shop needs
