Job Description
A growing seed and crop input company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop grower relationships, increase sales, and provide agronomic support across an established territory. This is a strong opportunity for someone with seed, agronomy, crop input, biologicals or farm relationship experience who wants to grow a territory and build long-term customer partnerships. Responsibilities Sell seed products and related agronomic solutions to growers Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and ag customers Develop territory plans to grow market share and increase revenue Provide product recommendations based on field conditions, yield goals, and grower needs Support plot days, field days, product training, and customer meetings Track sales activity, customer needs, and market opportunities Work closely with internal agronomy, operations, and leadership teams Qualifications Seed sales, agronomy sales, crop consulting, or ag retail experience preferred Strong understanding of crop production and grower decision-making Ability to build trust with farmers and agricultural customers Self-motivated with strong follow-up and territory management skills Agriculture background Existing Book of Business preferred Valid driver's license required Compensation $80-140K base + commission/bonus opportunity, full benefits, truck, phone, laptop and more.
