Extensive mentoring under experienced service technicians. Duties Diagnose and repair commercial food equipment including ovens, fryers, ranges, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Assemble, install, and calibrate new equipment at customer sites with precision and care Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime Use schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults accurately and implement effective repairs Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, provide maintenance tips, and ensure satisfaction Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and parts inventory logs to support seamless operations Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals effectively Prior experience in field service roles with customer-facing responsibilities Knowledge of general appliance assembly is highly desirable Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Ability to work independently in diverse environments while managing multiple service calls efficiently Join us as a Commercial Food Equipment Service Technician and become part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence!
