We are looking for professional Commercial Foodservice Technician, who are committed, want to learn, and are team players. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial foodservice equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, broilers, and ice equipment. Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex appliance repairs efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration units and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. To trouble shoot, diagnose, repair, and explain work performed to customer. Assemble new equipment and perform preventative maintenance. To train on new equipment start up or provide proactive training to avoid problematic service calls. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, maintenance procedures, and safety instructions. Qualifications 2-3 year experience in either of the fields appliance repair, gas equipment, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration. Familiarity with schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly techniques. Hands-on experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical issues in commercial appliances. Able to navigate on a tablet to process work performed. Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Excellent customer service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of equipment repair processes including refrigeration systems and HVAC components. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately for effective troubleshooting.
