Job Description

Sales Agronomist We're expanding into a new territory and looking for a seasoned Sales Agronomist who's ready for more than just another territory to manage—you'll help build this one from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation. You'll work directly with growers, establish a customer base, and play a key role in shaping the success of a new location alongside a team that values hard work, trust, and collaboration. What You'll Do Build and grow relationships with local growers by providing agronomic expertise and practical solutions Develop and manage long-term partnerships with producers Work alongside a team to establish and expand a new location in the region Identify opportunities to grow market share through service, knowledge, and consistency Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, support, growth, and shared success What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in ag retail sales or agronomy-related role Strong agronomic knowledge with the ability to translate it into real-world recommendations Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Team-oriented mindset—we value people who work with others High level of integrity, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way Desire to grow something meaningful, not just maintain the status quo What Makes This Opportunity Different Build, don't inherit
