Sales and Service Tech:

This is a high-performance, outside sales role with service production execution.

You will:

Sales Responsibilities You will visit homes where customers already need service Listen to the customer's cleaning needs Present options confidently Close the job on the spot Schedule your Service Appointment Keep the CRM accurately up to date Service Responsibilities Be on time for your service appointment Clean the entire scope of work Ensure every job is done right the first time Create a 5-star customer experience on every job Generate repeat and referral business (marketing) Represent SoftWash Systems as a professional subject matter expert, not just a technician If you can't confidently do all of these, you won't succeed here.
