Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Technician with deep knowledge of the Foos service equipment to join our team and drive excellence in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical tasks, mentor junior technicians, and ensure optimal performance of systems across various operational environments. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier service with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in combi ovens is preferred. Duties Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of machinery and electrical systems using specialized tools such as ohmmeters for precise resistance measurements. Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions swiftly. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration to ensure equipment operates at peak performance. Conduct technical training to our distributors and service companies network Document all service activities thoroughly, including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance records for accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with manufacturer engineering teams to develop maintenance strategies that enhance system longevity and reduce downtime. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment, and promoting safety awareness among team members. Take care of first spare parts request from the identification to the shipping. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician with a focus on food service equipment. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues methodically. Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Ability to read and interpret technical documents confidently. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Must be physically capable of performing manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
