We specialize in horticultural care, skilled pruning, seasonal color, container gardens, and detailed garden maintenance. We are not a mowing company and we don't focus on large commercial contracts. Our work centers on beautiful gardens, healthy plants, attention to detail, and maintaining landscapes to an exceptional standard. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to continue learning. The right person notices details, values quality, and finds satisfaction in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. What You'll Do Maintain high-end residential and commercial properties throughout the Charleston area Perform detailed horticultural care including pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, weeding, and monitoring plant health Install and maintain seasonal flowers in containers, hanging baskets, window boxes, and garden beds Assist with seasonal color installations and garden enhancements throughout the year Monitor plants for pest, disease, irrigation, and environmental issues Adjust and troubleshoot drip irrigation and watering systems as needed Perform garden cleanups, bed maintenance, edging, and detailed property care Work alongside a skilled team focused on quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Who We're Looking For Loves working outdoors and appreciates beautiful gardens Takes pride in doing things the right way, even when nobody is watching Has a strong attention to detail and notices what others overlook Enjoys learning about plants, horticulture, pruning, and garden design Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed Positive attitude and receptive to feedback and training Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds Clean driving record required Experience in gardening, horticulture, nursery work, farming, landscape maintenance, property maintenance, or related outdoor work is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
