Experience What We're Looking For:
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
✔ Associate's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience ✔ Experience in regulated industries such as: Food Manufacturing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Healthcare Medical Devices Pharmaceuticals ✔Knowledge of:
FDA Regulations Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Quality Food (SQF) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) ✔ Strong product sampling and inspection experience ✔ Ability to follow written procedures with accuracy and consistency ✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferredPhysical Requirements:
Lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds safely and carefully Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in varying environments, including cold temperatures, heat, elevated areas, and bright lighting conditions Be Part of Something New!
