Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages with speed and accuracy, following food safety guidelines. Operate credit card machine, handle cash transactions, and give accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and serving stations to meet health standards. Assist customers with menu selections, upsell items to enhance sales, and provide friendly, attentive service. Restock supplies regularly, manage inventory levels, and ensure product displays are attractive and organized. Handle food handling duties including packaging, portioning, and ensuring proper food storage procedures are followed. Support team members with stocking and cleaning as needed to keep the concession area tidy and inviting. Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and quick calculations during busy hours. Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; experience in the food industry or grocery store setting is a plus.
