Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as QU POS, process transactions accurately and swiftly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and improve the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems, familiarity with QU POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
