Agricultural Drone Spray Technician / Ground Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking team member to assist during spray season for a fast-paced aerial agriculture operation. This role primarily supports agricultural drone spraying by filling tanks, changing batteries between loads, and helping keep operations running efficiently in the field. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working long hours during peak season, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends during busy season. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys farm work and working around modern ag technology. When spraying operations are slow, there may also be opportunities to assist with general farm duties if interested.

Responsibilities:

Fill and prepare drone spray loads Swap and charge batteries between flights Assist with setup, cleanup, and field operations Support team with miscellaneous tasks as needed Optional farm work during non-spray times

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to get to HQ Strong work ethic and punctuality Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Flexible schedule during busy season Ability to lift equipment/materials as needed Agriculture or farm experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

Hourly pay based on experience
