Responsibilities Operate a mobile vendor bike efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely service to customers. Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream products, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and quickly. Engage customers with friendly service, upselling additional toppings or products to maximize sales. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashing out customers and maintaining accurate cash records. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the vendor bike, food preparation areas, and serving utensils. Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods while ensuring quality service. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude. Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation protocols diligently. Excellent time management skills to balance serving speed with quality. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Previous experience in quick service restaurants, café environments, or grocery stores is advantageous.
