Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Service Team members to join our dynamic restaurant environment. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, delivering outstanding customer service while supporting food preparation, cashiering, and food handling duties. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our guests and contribute to the smooth operation of our quick service restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and giving correct change Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support food handling procedures in accordance with sanitation standards and health regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential Ability to handle food safely, practice proper sanitation, and perform basic math calculations accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry will help you excel in this fast-paced environment Join us as a Service Team member where your energy fuels our success!
