Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of agricultural products and services dedicated to helping farmers maximize crop performance. We are committed to sustainable practices, innovation, and strong customer relationships across our growing service area.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Agronomist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing agronomic solutions to customers while driving sales of crop protection, seed, and fertility products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, offering expert advice on agronomic practices and product recommendations Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Conduct field scouting, soil sampling, and crop evaluations Stay current with agronomic trends, research, and technology Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, product availability, and support services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product sales
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or related field OR 1-2+ years of agronomy or ag sales experience Strong understanding of crop production, pest management, and soil fertility Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
