Job Description
Our client is seeking a Seed Territory Representative to join their independent seed dealership. This individual will manage an existing customer base while growing sales of seed and inoculant products to farmers and agricultural retailers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities Manage an established book of business. Sell seed, inoculants, and related agronomic products. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and retailers. Provide agronomic recommendations and product support. Identify new sales opportunities and achieve territory growth goals (very realistic) Qualifications Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Agronomy background with strong crop production knowledge. Previous agricultural sales experience preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
