Role Summary As a Livestock Specialist- Bull Collection, you will be working directly with our bulls, performing daily maintenance in the barns, pens, fences, property grounds as well as sanitation practices, and operating various types of heavy farm equipment. This role requires physical labor and long hours in a demanding agricultural environment. Key Responsibilities Safely handle and care for bulls, ensuring proper restraint and movement for collection. Perform daily feeding of bulls during early morning hours, and maintenance requirements. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of barns, pens, and collection areas to maintain hygienic conditions. Operate heavy farm equipment for tasks including feeding, bedding and waste management. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of surrounding grounds including mowing, AC units and general landscaping as needed. Follow company protocols and agricultural safety standards such as animal handling procedures and any safety requirements. The company reserves the right to amend or modify this description at any time Minimum Qualifications Prior experience and comfortability working with large livestock, preferably bulls or cattle. Ability to work early in the mornings, long hours, night shifts as needed. Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate heavy farm equipment. Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn and complete on duty training. Physical Requirements of The Role Physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 70 pounds.
