Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance and optimization of high-speed production equipment within a modern food and beverage facility.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance across an automated production floor.
Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance on fluid power systems, pneumatic components, and hydraulic circuits. Optimize and calibrate high-speed packaging and sorting machinery. Utilize welding and fabrication skills to modify and improve equipment. Respond swiftly to resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities within the asset management system. Ensure all maintenance practices adhere to strict FDA, GMP, and SQF compliance standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within FDA-regulated industries.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical system issues. Strong commitment to working the 2nd shift schedule and maintaining a reliable presence. Proven track record of stability and professional growth in previous roles.
