This position focuses on executing operational tasks that support plant health, system functionality, and overall production efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a dynamic, team-driven environment. Core Responsibilities Execute essential crop production tasks, including seeding transitions, crop collection, sanitation, and general facility upkeep. Monitor and support the functionality of irrigation systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure consistent performance. Uphold strict sanitation and food safety protocols to maintain compliance with quality standards. Prepare harvested products for distribution, packaging, or customer fulfillment. Record operational data and assist in tracking performance indicators to support production goals. Support inventory management efforts by monitoring supply levels and reducing material waste. Contribute to a safe workplace by following established safety procedures and identifying potential hazards. Required Skills & Experience Prior exposure to hydroponic or controlled environment agriculture systems is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a willingness to learn and collaborate. Familiarity with crop handling tasks such as planting, harvesting, and cleaning processes. Basic understanding of inventory tracking or supply management practices. Highly organized with solid problem-solving capabilities. Able to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-moving production setting. Physically capable of handling routine lifting and movement of materials or equipment. Working knowledge of food safety practices and regulatory expectations is a plus.
