Job Description

Shop Helper - Full Time Highmark Marine Group Highmark Marine Group is hiring a dependable, hardworking Shop Helper to support daily shop operations. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment—ideal for someone who can stay productive and work independently.
Pay:
$18 - $24 per hour (DOE)
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Self-motivated and self-sufficient Able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:
Assist with general shop duties and material handling Support welders, machinists, and other crew members Load and unload materials and equipment Keep shop clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic— shows up ready to work every day Ability to stay busy and figure things out without constant direction Willingness to learn and take on different tasks Team-oriented with a good attitude
Work Environment:
Fast-moving, hands-on shop setting Indoor and outdoor work depending on projects Physically active throughout the day
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
