All tools and supplies are provided Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl wraps Measure, cut, and position vinyl materials accurately to fit diverse vehicle contours and designs Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers and buffing machines to apply wraps seamlessly Perform auto body repairs, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and detailing as needed to achieve a pristine finish Conduct quality checks throughout the wrapping process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Assist with auto restoration projects and vehicle maintenance tasks that require mechanical knowledge or welding skills Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vision, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process Skills Proven dealership experience or background in auto body repair, auto painting, or vehicle customization Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with welding, auto restoration, or auto estimating Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and airless paint spraying techniques Knowledge of auto glass installation and vehicle maintenance procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting regularly Familiarity with detailing processes and auto estimating software is a plus
