Job Description

This is a full time position. Skills and Strengths we are seeking:

Job Description:
Greet customers warmly and proactively assess their needs Answer phones and respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner Maintain detailed calendar with installation and measurement information Acquire in-depth knowledge of available flooring options Discuss flooring options and general project timelines with customers Use POS system to process transactions over the phone and in person Maintain showroom cleanliness and appearance Keep track of custom orders and ETAs Meet regularly with vendor representatives to gain product information Cross-train to assist wherever the need arrives Pay Starts at 18 (up to 22) Determined based on experience 8 hour shift Send your resume and a brief message to arcataprofloor@gmail.com to apply!
