This is a hands-on, project-based vendor role for someone who can confidently lead installs, make strong design decisions on-site, and deliver polished results under tight timelines. What You'll Do Plan and mark furniture for installs Pack Accessories at warehouse Lead on-site staging installs and styling execution Style main living areas, bedrooms, and key focal points Make real-time design adjustments for flow and visual impact Direct staging movers during installs and breakdowns Maintain organization and care of staging inventory Ensure every project meets brand standards and client expectations What We're Looking For Experience in home staging, interior styling, or related field Strong eye for design, balance, and spatial awareness Ability to lead a small team and work efficiently on-site Detail-oriented with high visual standards Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to lift and move furniture/decor as needed Must have reliable transportation
