compliance across every work zone. Position Overview The Shop Technician will be responsible for maintenance, organization, and management of equipment and supplies at our shop. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our field teams by ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent condition and readily available.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize shop inventory, including traffic control equipment and tools Conduct regular inspections and basic repairs of equipment Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely delivery and return of materials Load and unload materials for field teams Ensure compliance with safety standards in all shop operations Assist with other duties as assigned by the

Shop/Fleet Manager Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented individual and the ability to foster cooperative and diplomatic relationships with other departments, while working collaboratively as part of a team Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously, often under direct supervision or independently Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a shop, warehouse or similar setting preferred Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment:

Ability to life heavy objects (up to 50lbs) Work in different temperatures throughout the year

Schedule:

This role is Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
