This is not an entry-level role—our shop focuses on high-quality work, clean installs, and proper prep , and we expect the same mindset from every team member. If you cut corners, this won't be the right fit. If you care about the details and your work speaks for itself, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Perform thorough vehicle prep (wash, decontamination, clay, masking) — prep quality is critical in our process Install PPF on full vehicles and partials with clean edges, proper alignment, and no defects Work with both pre-cut patterns and bulk installs when needed Maintain a zero-compromise standard (no bubbles, lift lines, or visible contamination) Review and refine your work before final delivery Keep your workspace clean and organized What We're Looking For Strong, proven PPF installation experience (required) Ability to consistently deliver high-end, show-quality results Deep understanding of prep work and its impact on final finish Experience with pattern software (XPEL, SunTek, etc.) and/or bulk installs High attention to detail and efficiency under time expectations Reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of work Nice to Have Window tint or vinyl wrap experience Paint correction / detailing background Experience working on luxury or exotic vehicles Why Join Us We prioritize quality over quantity Work on high-end vehicles and premium installs Team environment that values craftsmanship and skill Opportunity to grow with a shop that sets a high standard
