THE OPPORTUNITY

WrapStar Pro is seeking experienced Vehicle Wrap/Graphics Installer for our Sacramento location to learn the trade. This is a full time position, where you will strive to become a WrapStar vehicle wrap installer! Join our team to become a WrapStar Installer.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Full vehicle graphic wraps, vinyl lettering; including installation and removal of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, fleet graphics and windows. Building graphics; including brick wraps, window decals, banners, mesh banners and various signs . Digital graphics; including but not limited to street (asphalt and cement) indoor and outdoor wall graphics. Meet and exceed key performance requirements Learn to deliver quality workmanship on our products and services (possess necessary tools to do the job) Support lead installer in maintaining neat clean, orderly work sites and trucks. Assist lead installer during installations and follow instructions Assist in properly completing jobs; adhering to quality checklists Maintain a professional appearance Participate actively in all training and company meetings Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions Scale ladders and heights on a daily basis. Occasionally Travel to and from offsite installation worksites. Demonstrated ability to operate light hand tools, drills and saws. Be constantly aware of projects and due dates. Monitor quality of projects. Attention to detail is a must. Perform all duties in a manner consistent with the spirit of teamwork. Perform all additional tasks as required by management. THE QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must be articulate, results-driven, have strong organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail. Creative in problem solving and highly organized. Possess a "Make-it-happen" attitude. Willingness to assume responsibility and act independently. Mechanically inclined with a preferred background in technical skills Must know & understand how to read a tape measure Must pass a drug test Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team Valid driver's license and excellent driving record. Previous experience installing graphics on vehicles required. Willingness to assume responsibility and act independently

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or

GED LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and speak English; interpret documents: such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Spanish a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, without assistance of others. Ability to scale ladders, scaffolding and heights. Includes but not limited to; stretching, bending, and climbing in outdoor and indoor environments.
